Returns, Refunds & Shipping
Due to the customized nature of our product we are not able to offer Refunds. All sales are final for the wall art.
An order can be cancelled if it has not yet gone to production at no cost to the customer. We allow a 24 hour window before your product is put into production, however once it is in production it goes to our quality team to be shipped out and cannot be cancelled at that point.
Exchanges / Reprints
We strive to provide quality pieces to you. If your artwork has come to you damaged we are happy to replace it with an exchange. If you need a reprint, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you require an exchange it must be sent back to us within 14 days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ship it back to us in the original packaging or one of your choice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
